Speed and Fitness Technique

Soccer specific speed and fitness are a vital part of becoming a complete player and outdoing your competitor. Dono Elite believes speed and fitness can be improved with and without the ball in the following areas:

  • Five and Ten Yard Sprint Explosions
  • Soccer Specific Conditioning (interval running)
  • Agility For Faster Reflexes
  • Foot-Work For Offense And Defense
  • Strength Conditioning

Speed and Fitness Pricing: $75 per session and package deals available (usually incorporated within personal training sessions).
